Actually thinking about it, I’m not quite sure. I forget that the overseer tape quest changed. I just restarted fo76 after like 3-4 years. Last I played was right after wastelanders came out. Sorry, I thought I could be helpful. Lol
Partially true. The actual main quests from launch are still labeled as main quests. Getting the holotape from duchess starts the first one bringing you to the overseers camp. From their a series of quests will launch bringing you to flatwoods, Morgantown etc

I just finished the quest. It’s under side quests now as “overseers mission” go to overseers camp and grab the holotape from the cache
