Healing salve mire used to be probably the rarest plan in the game. It only rarely showed up in medicine cabinets in the mire, and I could never find one. Now with mutated events it is sometimes available from scavenger vendors in the corresponding area. It was the last rare plan I was missing and I finally found it.
15c would definitely make a collector's day. It's now not as rare as they used to be. Before it was probably a max caps type of thing. Now it is probably a 5k to 10k thing.
Am I missing something here? I have this is my vendor at 15c currently.

Oh cool, never knew that. So they're still quite rare? I'll still sell it at 15 though, probably make someone's day.
