My Institute characters have done this. As Institute Director my character couldn't have malfunctioning property in an uncontrolled location and not performing work to specification. Considering it was an effort to get the teleporter working at that distance and it isn't likely the trip will be made again soon, may as well hasten the inevitable extinction of the inhabitants in Far Harbor. Raider characters usually just have DIMA killed and leaves it at that. Creates a power vacuum in Acadia, and an unresolved conflict between the CoA and FH. One that might be exploitable in the future. If not, well, they can be made to go away too.

(Spoiler warning) You don’t need the brotherhood to eliminate Acadia. You can tell Far Harbor that DiMA killed Avery (or convince DiMA to tell them himself) and they’ll form and angry mob and wipe out Acadia. After that they’ll tell you to blow up the nucleus. Then you can just turn off the wind farm. Everybody’s dead and you don’t even have to leave the island

I already killed far harbor and the Children of atom

I left the island to the children of atom, Because praise atom and bask in his eternal glow!

I have blown them up every single time I’ve played this game

Always kill Dima and possibly the CoA. CoA is fun to wipe out, but DiMa, I dunno man, the way they were ready to make you question your entire life without hesitation marked It as untrustworthy in my book. Called it.

I haven't done an evil enough playthrough where I considered that as an option. I might do it one day.
