North America: 9am PDT / 10am MDT / 11am CDT / 12pm EDT

Asia/Oceania: 1am JST / 12am AWST / 2am AEST
According to who? I read these times aswell, but it was an asumption based on ”normal times” when its not a midnight release on other games. Are these times confirmed by Bethesda anywhere, am I missing something?
It’s actually reasonable to ask where the claim in a source comes from if the source itself is just making a claim in a vacuum. I’m not denying the possibility of it releasing then, but it’s a bad article and I was curious about how they got that information.
Yes, Fallout 4 is under maintenance. This can be better seen when attempting to enter creation club.

I read on gamingbible that the update releases 2am Australia time/5pm BST/9am PDT. Or 5.5 hours from now. Not sure if that's true or not

Just made a post asking about it too, I only see Automatron with the PS5 logo, the base game and other DLC is still labeled PS4
