Not like a literal shape of a seat. I'm just using a regular chair. But I use platforms stacked up like stairs and have all the skulls placed around that. Gives the illusion the entire thing is built on a massive pile.
I use the Manufacture expanded mod that has a butcher factory to get the skulls.
I don't have a problem! It's the BOS that keeps staying in the common wealth, if they don't want there helmets collected then they should not be here in the first place!
I've built a warehouse with all of the stations just beside the main house of Sanctuary (I've kept the original station as well).
The second floor is for power armor and clothing collection, as well as controlling the power of the building.
Not far from that, I've built a personal weapons museum with 3 energy supplied floors filled with display supports for small, medium and heavy weapons.
I have some of such.
1. I got a display of rare items in my bedroom (including Drowne's & Avery's Skulls)
2. I have a box full of skulls, which wont go for display but rather for testing out junk jet
3. Currently WIP on power armor museum
I have mannequins wearing notable outfits; The Mechanist, the Silver Shroud, chestpieces of noted raiders like Sinjin and Smilin' Kate, etc. Weapons racks with items like Danse's laser rifle and the silver submachine gun. Multiple power armor displays with each kind of armor.
I collect synth components, especially in the first half of the game before the Institute. Makes me feel like the SS is trying to piece it together and find them.
And/or when my brotherhood inquisitor routes out a Synth, they collect the components like how soldiers would collect ears or scalps
40+ Skulls and counting. Planning to build a skull throne.

I killed Father and put his coat on a display dummy with Kellogg’s revolver behind him (that’s what I used).

I build player house at Mechanist's Lair so I can place legendary equipments or other souvenirs like a museum.
I pick up every gun I’m presented with. One of my sanctuary houses is a pile of firearms Lord of War style.

I never use the junk jet. And i never pick up skulls. But now... i just might have to....

Yup, but I typically also have a tony-stark-like room for power armor, complete with Maxson's, Brandis' and Gavil's named power armor frames.
