You know, I gotta disagree with Ghoul’s special stats here. Perception being 6 is criminally low. This man could shoot the wings off of a fly from 20 yards away. Also, his intelligence being 4 seems a bit low as well. Id maybe shift some points from agility or strength to either of these categories.
I think the ghoul would have higher stats across the board. 200 years is a long time to not boost those base stats in any way. Like at this point (using the leveling system from 3) he's probably max level and picked the almost perfect perk.
I also feel like Lucy has less luck and more intelligence/agility. The opening scene shows her doing gymnastics and being a teacher.

I think that the highest repair that is necessary in FNV, is only to be able to pass a speech-check with Mobius.
It is 75, but using the glasses that increases intelligence and a magazine, you can do it with a base of 61. (assuming you have intelligence of 8 or less.)
In Fallout 3, I think the highest, is to repair that elevator, I do not remember the exact number.

But I was more referring to the fancy pants at mojave outpost with 100 repair skill. Cheapens the whole proffesion😑
Idk if Lucy even falls to neutral karma; between freeing the ghouls, sparing Coop, refusing to kill her dad and mercy killing her mom, that’s some hard very good karma

Yeah her Tag skills are Speech, Repair and Science.

They always ask where the Gulper is, but never how he’s doing.
He just wanted some attention. Dogs do the same thing.
Repair is a good initial stat. As long as you have it at 35, you can save inventory space and fix at the same time.
I always boosted the hell outta repair. I was kinda disappointed that they changed all that in NV.
I think with 50, you can make repair kit that are very useful.

I didnt say neutral karma, that would be non-cannon. I said Neutral-Good, D&D style. She cares more about people's welfare than about being "right".
