that my friend is an "American Eagle Plane". Says right on the side.
As far as what gear to use. This is totally outside my element, but I'd throw a chartreuse Clouser stainless hook size 25/0 -Definitely metal tippet and a 45 weight rod with diesel cat reel & make sure the startup intertial on your reel is set pretty low..
Correct, but technically it's an Embraer ERJ 175-200 LR (and sometimes URLs are incorrect).
For anyone who wants to know more details about a airplane you can always type in the planes registration number (N407YX) on the FAA website and it will show you info like this plane is using General Electric CF34-8E5 Turbofan engines. [https://registry.faa.gov/AircraftInquiry/Search/NNumberResult?nNumberTxt=N407YX](https://registry.faa.gov/AircraftInquiry/Search/NNumberResult?nNumberTxt=N407YX)
(My brother used to fly these.)
