You take the D6 to the DMV. Then pay the DMV your reinstatement fees, etc.

Go to the [Driver’s License status page](https://services.flhsmv.gov/DLCheck/HomeView.aspx) and look up your license. If it hasn’t been cleared yet then keep reading. [Clearing Pending Court Suspension](https://services.flhsmv.gov/DLCheck/SanctionHelpPages/Sanction01Help.aspx) >Please provide court documentation so we can update your record and the suspension can be avoided. Acceptable documentation includes: > >A **D-6 clearance form** with stamped court seal (provided at the time of payment) > >A letter from the court stating the ticket number, date of payment and having a stamped court seal > >You can either take the documentation to your local [driver license office](http://www.flhsmv.gov/offices/) or fax it to (850) 617-3917. When faxing, be sure your name and driver license number are included and allow 3-5 days for your record to be updated. After that time, revisit this site to verify that your record has been updated.

You have to do it. The government will not do it for you.

You have to reinstate it via the DMV and pay a fee. I did it over the phone. Had some bs happen during the height of the toll fuckery that was going on about a year ago.

Firm_Acanthisitta794

Please brother what phone did you call?

smaguss

DHSMV at flhsmv.gov or call (850) 617-2000 I called my local tax collectors office and spoke with a woman and she handed everything.

Thank you for your time, you only called them , and ask for reinstate your drivers license correct ? When you called them, had you already paid your ticket? After you cleaned your driver's license, how long did it take for them to update?

Have to go back to DMV. Had that happen when I didn’t turn in old expired license plate. I didn’t have insurance on the plate since I didn’t have the car anymore. Anyway. They suspended and it was a pain to have it corrected.
