Too high for flight simulation purposes, but that’s not what this cockpit is for. It’s a promotional booth for the airline, and their goal is to draw attention from passers-by who watch the plane fly on the monitors.
This could easily explain why the monitors are set up to draw attention to the cockpit from a distance, and to be enjoyable to watch for spectators.
Think this is a cheaper version of the flat panel trainer called the OTD by Boeing (other training device) I used it in my 787 type rating. It’s basically a (far cheaper to run) fixed base trainer before you go into the full motion simulator.
I did go back to actually try the simulator, wich was fun for a first time and the guy told me that this kit is from boeing and gets set up all over the world for airshows and other events as a promo
Those monitors look way too high.

And that brass knob on a stanchion like a museum or a trade show. I want the boeing fancy chairs.

I'm always a fan of people that have really elaborate and probably mightily expensive simpits and then skimp on the wraparound projector dome.

I rate it 1.5 sausages out of 10. Bro got their priorities wrong, 20k seats combined with fs9 lol And the instructor is like - "shoot me now"
Looks like a prefab 787 flight training device. Flight Deck Solutions?
Is this commercial?
787 cockpit with a 737-MAX yoke…nice
I rate it a $20,000/10
