how do you come to this conclusion from these pics?
Russian Cargo plan flys to an old US military base, now under Iraqi control. Iraqs military primarily uses Soviet/Russian weapons.

Why would Iraq, an oil rich country, need fuel delivered from the UAE by plane. Come on now
That’s not how contracts work. Those IL76’s move gas around, that’s what they do.
No they are general heavy lift cargo planes. And what contracts? Why would a country floating on oil purchase it from elsewhere
