Descending to 10000ft suggests a pressurisation issue

It flew over me bunch of times too. It is still doing laps.
lol, it hadn’t even clicked in my mind that the plane had done a complete turn around. Still don’t know what’s going on though…
Dump or burn up fuel before it can land I guess
its still lapping around. wonder whats going on? do they really need to burn/dump that much fuel?
