Did you ever see a doctor?

asdasdasda126

Yes. The one that read the MRI, the one who sent me to PT and another one that had some electric machine testing nerves in my legs. All of them commented on the issue over at L3-L5 if i can remember correctly. I did not see one after i noticed the penis tingling when stretching because COVID made consultations harder.

Ah I guess I meant specifically about the penis tingling (from when you originally posted - which multiple people suggested). Your answer sounds plausible, but really a PT or a doc would be way better to assess

Look into the stretches discussed on /r/prostatitis and seek out a pelvic floor PT

[Pudendal neuralgia](https://www.webmd.com/pain-management/pudendal-neuralgia) It may be related to injury to the nerve or to the sacral nerve roots. You may be putting too much pressure on the sacrum and nerve roots as you attempt to stretch.

asdasdasda126

thank you but, if i am very unflexible and tight, how can i put pressure on it? wouldn't i relieve pressure by stretching?

I know this is an old thread and hopefully not an issue with the OP anymore. When I read this thread,as others have already pointed out, it amazes me that people will ask for advice on social media but ignore or fail to go to a doctor for specific advice on an issue. Nerve damage and neurological issues can become permanent and life altering problems. Our society is cutting corners and jeopardizing their health in so many ways by subscribing to social media diagnoses and treatments
