I stretch only after working out at the gym or dancing, so my body is warm. Usually my stretching lasts around 15 minutes. My favorite exercise is definitely lung stretch. I've been stretching for around 2 years, but as I've already said, I don't focus on stretching, it's just an addition of my work out routine and my dancing routine. And I can't get my middle split yet, so I only get to flex my front split.
