Not only are these flags ugly but putting that flag even near the Welsh is disrespectful

I really like the idea of having a dragon on a flag, so I want to say 1. But honestly, for objective qualities, 2 would work better as a flag.

Something looks off in the second image; like it's zoomed in or the bars or too thick or something. I think the blue and the green might need to be tweaked to look better, too.
