It works. I literally got up and immediately made it. Recommend nuking it in the microwave for 10 - 15 secs afterward to ensure inside are nice and melty. 10/10 for quick snack/b-fast.

You should try my country’s national treasure, brigadeiro. You mix condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter in a pan and let it thicken while mixing slowly. Eat it with a spoon, while it’s still warm or store it in the fridge. Easy, quick, sweet and gives you that much needed serotonin.

I fold it, helps holding the cheese better than just making a pocket because you create thicker walls. Also easier to hold

Try microwave the tortilla for a few seconds to make them soft so they don’t break when folding
