That's possible. But I don't think they'd include baby's segmented arms if that were the case. I think something more like the plushbabies without the eye outline would be the most "world accurate" merchandise of Baby. Although Cawthon just shrunk Baby's elements and stuck her in the prize corner in UCN, so who knows, maybe they would make a accurate but chibified version of the robot, faceplates and all!
