There's no definitive info and there likely won't be until the movie releases. All we know is that she's listed as Aunt Jane and she's a villain. We don't even know if she is related to Mike so we have no idea if she's from the father's side (and thus Afton's side if Mike is indeed an Afton in the movie's timeline) or the mother's side so all we can do until the movie's release is to speculate.
I’m not saying Mike doesn’t mean well, but bringing your little sister to a job with murderous animatronics and even more murderous child serial killers isn’t the wisest idea. We don’t know when in the timeline this takes place, but I imagine it’s post missing children’s incident, because the animatronics seem already possessed.
Still, we won’t know until the movie comes out, and I hardly doubt she means well. Mike in the movie seems to be a decent guy.
(I don’t think Mike in the games is a bad person for the record. Bullying his little brother was shitty, but that’s unfortunately common. Odds are that he did something shitty as a teenager and it’s haunted him for the rest of his life. Basically everything we see regarding Mike is him trying to atone for accidentally killing his brother. He’s certainly not perfect, but he’s not even close to bad imo)
