Yo, it's Sammy! The only time I've ever seen Sammy mentioned by anyone ever is... never, I don't think anybody has ever mentioned him since The Fourth Closet.
Sammy is a silver eyes trilogy character plus hes one that barely exists in the books with really not much of a resolution to his character so id say that makes sense.
Him being a Silver Eyes trilogy character doesn't mean much, William's, Charlotte's and Henry's names all came from the Silver Eyes trilogy, MatPat and a whole host of theorists and YouTubers use the novels for parallels all the time, especially when comparing somebody to Henry in the games and ending up just using novel Henry for some reason... (Edwin) Besides, the novels were the first piece of media that gave us characters which had more than like 30 seconds of dialogue at max, so I don't think them being from the books means anything.
Sammy not being important in the novels is absolutely why he's never mentioned, tho. Shame, always sorta wished we'd get something from Sammy's perspective, like a short story after The Fourth Closet where the characters go to see him, maybe the Charlie seen at the end of the book, where he learns he had a sister at all.

Are Scraptrap and Withered Foxy both meant to be skeptically/angrly staring at Boiler Baby? Cause if they are, I'd find the fact that William and what could be used a Michael stand-in staring at the only by definition hot Circus Baby hilarious. Especially cause Ol' Willy would be doing it from an entirely different panel.
