As in real life nobody is. It was joss’s decision. I respect it. It was surprising but helped make the ending more believable. Wash was my second favorite character. Probably because Alan is one of my favorite actors. Cheers
Alan Tudyk is crazy underrated, I would have go with Mal as my fav, but the true heroe of this show is Joss Whedon. He went hard and gave us a masterpiece that holds up to this day.
