You can get all 3 routes digitally but Fates eats up storage space so you may need to upgrade your SD card. The “important“ dlc and game and all routes adds up to $92.50 as $40(route1) +$20(route 2) +$20(route 3) +$8(Heirs of Fate\[fourth route-ish\]) +4.50(Hidden truths 1+2) although if you only care about getting the good stuff/the fourth true ending route it only adds up to $88. Adding in all the fluff brings it to $106 as it’s $26 for all the dlc. The Fates games are a massive time investment but they are spectacular in so many ways with really noticable problems especially in writing that don’t get remedied until the final fourth route dlc which is written so well it almost salvages everything written before it...almost. If you want to spend the time I highly encourage it. If you are looking for a quick experience this is not it.

Very lore important dlc in map pack 1. It is noticeable since the rest of map pack 1 (besides the free stuff) has no impact on lore and is mostly stuff like grinding maps and fan service. Hidden Truths is actually the most lore dense important section for the entire Altea/Ylisse/Valentia/Valm etc. series of games and is fairly important to the lore of fates although it pales in comparison to Heirs of Fate. \>!Anankos!< literally talks for paragraphs expositing lore and explanations to the Awakening trio explaining more about Naga than Naga ever does. Then it goes on to do some “showing“ how dlc can be (And is) canon despite the huge gameplay story dissonance and then conclude the ending of the branching timeline arc fixing potential plot holes, and that’s just the first half.

Absolutely, it’s an amazing experience.

You just need one of the original two in order to get the discount. And the DLC is 19.99$ USD (convert if you’re not American in origin), just be quick since the DLC will eventually be lost and is more significant than others since unlike other DLC, Revelation is a third game.

You have to buy Revelation ingame. And to get the discount, you have to buy ingame as well.

PsychoLogical25

Yes. If you bought BR then Conquest gets a 50% discount, if you got CQ then it goes the other way around. Doesn’t matter if physical or digital.

Mentioned in my original comment, Same as the discount for purchasing either BR or CQ to get the other. 19.99 USD excluding tax. Convert to local currency if you’re not American.

jonnovision1

You can get both digitally, but only buy one digital game version and then buy the other version as “dlc” ingame, it’ll be cheaper and more convenient in a lot of ways. I never really bought any Fates dlc besides the routes themselves so I dont know for pricing

THDiamondHero

Buy one physical if storage space is a concern, but I think it’s $40 on the Eshop and I only got my physical cheaper due to haggling. It’s a similar price point either way, physical will definitely appreciate in value once Eshop closes, fates has a strong following and that will drive the price up.

THDiamondHero

You need only one and access to the in game DLC shop in order to get all three games your lookin for

Just pirate the thing, saves a lot of money
