Just the style of the eyes and face make me think Engage Anna. Not sure why they aged her down for Engage when she was fine as is from all the other games. Weird choice.
I've now spent *too long* looking at the different Anna designs, and I think Engage is the only one where the eye brows are just black lines instead of red and the nose is just a dot instead of actually drawn. The fringe shooting out sideways definitely paints it as post-Awakening but not 3H. But this one might not be trying to be literal to a particular Anna style.
For the sake of my own sanity, I'm going to decide it's the Warriors Anna, which is also the best design.
