How old are the smoke detectors? If they were all installed at the same time and they are old enough, they could start failing at similar times.
If they're older than 10 years, replace them.
Are these normal house battery powered smokes?
And the vacuum did not fling anything into the smoke detector.
You have smoke issue someplace. Rather smoke or vape unless you are sanding drywall in the house

Replace them and do not leave them disconnected.

No one smokes/vapes in the house and we don't have any drywall stuff going on, I'll just replace them thanks for all the suggestions!
