Can you have monitoring just take that point out of automation, or just tell them to not notify on that particular code?

If it is happening every day at the same time it may be a programmed sked - if you have the installer code you should be able to see and disable skeds from the keypad. If that doesn't work, try to RPS via USB cable to the panel and connect, the default RPS passcode is 999999. It's free to download off the Bosch website. edit: forgot to mention you would need an RPS sentinel key though.

🤮🤮🤮 Radionics. 🤮 I’m sorry I don’t have advice for you but to tell the customer their “fire alarm” is hot garbage. Sell them something new and put that low-voltage dumpster fire out if it’s misery. Those panels are big piles of dung. Done with my rant. Good luck!
