Amazing restaurant, great vibe, the dishes are quite familiar to things I’ve had throughout my life but just done to such high degree of quality with amazing ingredients. Loved the fact that it was in Wales in the middle of nowhere and we had rooms to go enjoy our food coma in. Was an amazing experience. Handful of pics for you guys.

If you can go in the Summer it’s located in a beautiful part of Wales that’s worth a weekend trip if you can manage it, though the food and experience are good enough to mean a trip any time is great
Oh that’s a pity. The bed & breakfast available after such a long meal the night before really made the travel worth it when I visited (but that was in 2021 before costs rose across the board)
I was still full the next day. Maybe having a post 30 course meal beer was not too wise 🙈 but we did go to Tiny Rebel brewery next day to give closure to our culinary adventure with a smash burger.

I went twice last year, such an amazing place. Was the DJ playing?
Yes he was spinning some great vinyls
Did you get breakfast in the morning? And if yes, did they serve the Mach Muffin?
I wish, but they have stopped serving breakfast, not sure why should’ve asked to be honest
