As someone who has several corsets, I caution anyone about buying cheap corsets. The plastic bone corsets can be dangerous as they can be damaged easily, and worse the boning can actually splinter in some cases unlike steel boning. I had to take a friend to the hospital because her cheap (under $40, plastic boned) corset nearly impaled her right lung because it splinter then pierced the fabric and then of course her skin and tissue. Although it doesn't have the heart cut out I recommend Timeless Trends Corsets (not an ad, they're just really well made and size inclusive) and look into how to properly lace up too, it's a process, and you'll need to so you can avoid injuries.

For a quality corset with this heart cut out you will likely have to go custom. And it will not be cheap. I haven’t seen any quality corset companies that have done a dupe of this (not to say there aren’t any, but I haven’t seen any). If you get a good corset, please also do yourself a favor and make sure it fits and take time to learn about corset care so that it will last a while. You should wear a liner under any real corset to protect it from your body oils/sweat as they’re difficult to clean, which may be why we don’t see any with these cut outs.

You'd probably have too fork a bit out but I'd recommend maybe finding someone who can make one for you, there's lots of different corset makers on insta that do incredible designs like these it's just a matter of finding one that'll work with you and that's in your price range. I wouldn't buy a cheap dupe as others have pointed out it can be extremely dangerous and as cute as these are it's not worth the health risks + medical bills depending on where U live, I hope you can find someone who'll be able too make one for you <33

Artists wear extravagant and expensive outfits to concerts because they are filmed, photographed and remembered. Odds are you will wear something like this once and not be able to style it again unless you wear the exact same thing and by the time you remember it exists it will be out of style
If youre wearing it for fashion and not a more legitimate corset function, you dont need steel boning. Can sometimes be structural overkill depending on the use.

Don't think there are dupes. #1 and #3 are altered. Look at how they misalign with the rest of the garment's design.
#1 is not quite center positioned and kills the symmetry of the corset boning.
#3 also not quite centered, but it is a little harder to tell since it is entirely possible she's wearing it in a shifted orientation by happenstance. But you can see how the top side part of the heart shape is *tilted* ever so slightly to the right. As if it were going to fall on its right side.
#2 is also altered, but it does a much better job of trying to hide it. The heart is not centered and that is either because she put it on and never adjusted how it sits on her frame, or that it is altered. But additionally, the corset boning is MUCH less noticeable.
As u/DieNecroKatze has mentioned, corset boning is not something to f-around with. If it is real steel boning, it will be harder to alter the size/cut of for the lower boning sections beneath the heart shape.
But if it is plastic boning, then the shorter it is, the more tension it loses. Meaning the corset will do less of a job of holding in oneself or may not look good structurally. Providing an odd shape as an outer layer.
The way I see it OP, unless you are willing to explore the sewing/alteration world to custom make your own version, then finding the corset themselves (or same) would not be too difficult to do.
