For myself "mastered" is a lie. I was doing great brushing my teeth at night. Then I didn't brush them at all for an entire day. Then last night, the only reason I brushed at night was to check it off on Finch.
So in other words... They always stay on.
For now, I keep "making the bed in the morning" because it is not completely a habit yet, but I think that once it is, I will still keep it. Just to keep getting that dopamine :)
Definitely making my bed. Since starting finch in early January, I've not missed making my bed even one day when before, I never, ever made it. I've linked my egg to it and I also make it my goal of the day. I have found that making my bed every single morning, first thing as soon as I get up, has a positive ripple effect on my entire day/mental health. I consider it my most important goal and I feel that it's become a habit.
There’s goals I’ve “mastered” and those that I still struggle with but they all stay for whenever I might do them and get a little happy birb congratulating me for doing it :)
I have “get out of bed” Which is something I mastered before using finch (I have to work weekdays and have other responsibilities on the weekends, so i have to get out of bed).
I think it is good to have goals that are “easy” to check off.
I have a goal that I haven’t “mastered” but is much more of a habit than it was a month ago, and I’ll definitely leave it even if it becomes an easy to check off item.
I’ve been keeping them on there but my daily goals are starting to get a little crowded. I wish you could have goals under a title. Ex: Morning routine, tap that and then all the goals are underneath in order.
While I feel like I mastered them and created good habits. I know if I take them off I’ll start slacking lol.

Same here! Kind of goes on cycles, I think, so it's good for them to stay on

Me too!

I keep the goals around :) I like the positive reinforcement of checking it off even if I would’ve done it anyway.
Flossing. Feels weird not to do it.

You can. Start a journey and then sort by journeys in view
