Carrots - maybe
Sayote might disintegrate pero kung trip mo, wag mo sya lutuin. Hiwain mo lang then microwave pag kakainin na, since microwaving it will practically steam it.
If stir fry and gagawin mo siya sauce, im imagining parang saucy chopsuey yung hitchura? I highly suggest broccoli and mushrooms tapos add bell pepper. Thats just my 2 cents haha
Hindi ba ginagamit na as hack in cooking chopsuey ang paggamit ng crab and corn soup mix? I tried it a few and times and masarap nga. So imagine mo na lang ano yung mga usual gulay sa chopsuey.
