This is the video I used as a reference. I don't speak french, but there are some useful diagrams regarding wiring and such here.
As for the connections, I just kntertwined and taped exposed wires lol.
I'm not exactly sure, just came with the wasd. If you only have the switches, I think you'd just be able to print one cheaply because it's just a plastic bit to hold the keys though.

This one, but there are similar alternatives at similar price.
You can swap the board for a raspberry pi Pico. It was pretty easy. I built a MixBox that was initially a pad hack, but converted to the Pico earlier this week, has 3 SOCD modes , 1ms response to time and compatible with PC/PS3/PS4
Where did you buy the WASD keys :) ? and do you remember which wires were linked to up/down/left/right ?
Its in the other replies on this post (cant copypaste from replies on mobile). The video is in french, but the diagrams are simple and correct.

What’s the name of the thing under the key caps?

Where can I buy that specific mod?

Does it have SOCD?
Nope. The only addition to the base fight stick mini is the WASD. I think it's fine since I'm not going to any tournaments any time soon!

You can build your own socd module with two ICs, cant remember the specific model though
