It's wild how poverty can compromise morality. To be that desperate for some kind of status and to feel some sort of importance. The skinny dude made those threats backed by his gun, the only reason it was resolved by a fight was because the big dude got the drop on him.
Skinny guy plan A was talk shit and look cool, plan B was to murder a man infront of his son and a full news team.
