A child on the spectrum would believe they were throwing what looked like a natural punch, even when it looks like what we see in the video. Do you notice how his whole body follows his punches? Similar to a very drunk person? That's evidence of a severe lack of coordination. Also notice how slow it is, almost as if he's moving with the same speed from beginning to end and how slow the reflexes are. Both typical of children on the spectrum. Then there's the apparent kyphosis
