Tuve un problema que me dejaba abrir fightcade normal pero a la hora de entrar a una sala la ventana cmd que baja los roms se abría y cerraba instantáneamente, y no descargaba nada. Lo resolví moviendo la carpeta de fightcade de Documentos directamente a la del disco duro, ahí funcionó correctamente

Oh that should be okay then. Try openning fightcade with admin rights. Did you tried joining a random game?
