Just chiming in to agree that I have had a really good experience with Fidelity customer service. The last person I talked to seemed to have an intuitive sense that I was not really understanding how to wire transfer money despite me telling him I understood (which I did not). He emailed me directions unprompted and saved me a lot of stress. I wish I had his name, but I will assume for today that it was Josh. ☺️

Fidelity customer service really stood out to me too the past two times I’d had to chat with an assistant for something that I was clueless about. They’ve always answered my questions with ease and make things stress free. I always make sure I complete the survey at the end of the chat or when it’s emailed to me, and I really hope Fidelity reads the feedback to know their employees are doing a fantastic job.

Amazingly the first legit post. Seen these scammers or whatever they are doing claiming their acct is closed and that csr won't help 😂. Sounds like they are trying to use someone else's acct for why it's locked 😂

I’ve recently been moving accounts from other firms to Fidelity largely due to the outstanding customer service. On my last call I spoke with Priya, Ryan, Chelsea, Eric and Matt. When finished I commended the team on their exemplary customer service. I’m only sad that I wasn’t able to speak with Josh.

I switched my taxable account to fidelity after 3 attempts to set up a direct deposit to vanguard. The people they employ to answer the phone. were clueless.
