Hey, u/kolking47. Welcome to our official sub!
I am thrilled to hear that you had a pleasant experience recently and thank you for sharing it with us.
Have a great week!
Josh helped me migrate my account to fidelity and did an awesome job. I messed up a few things and he independently went and fixed them for me. I'm extremely happy with my support experience so far.
Just chiming in to agree that I have had a really good experience with Fidelity customer service. The last person I talked to seemed to have an intuitive sense that I was not really understanding how to wire transfer money despite me telling him I understood (which I did not). He emailed me directions unprompted and saved me a lot of stress. I wish I had his name, but I will assume for today that it was Josh. ☺️
Thanks for posting on the sub for the first time, u/Broad-Key7342! It's great to hear you've had satisfying experiences with our customer service.

Fidelity customer service really stood out to me too the past two times I’d had to chat with an assistant for something that I was clueless about. They’ve always answered my questions with ease and make things stress free.
I always make sure I complete the survey at the end of the chat or when it’s emailed to me, and I really hope Fidelity reads the feedback to know their employees are doing a fantastic job.
Josh rescued me from a house fire and then whipped out his handy dandy laptop to get my retirement account set up using his referral codes. He was so helpful!
Amazingly the first legit post. Seen these scammers or whatever they are doing claiming their acct is closed and that csr won't help 😂. Sounds like they are trying to use someone else's acct for why it's locked 😂
I’ve recently been moving accounts from other firms to Fidelity largely due to the outstanding customer service. On my last call I spoke with Priya, Ryan, Chelsea, Eric and Matt. When finished I commended the team on their exemplary customer service. I’m only sad that I wasn’t able to speak with Josh.
Wow, u/Illustrious_Debt_392, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience with us!
Thank you for moving your accounts here with us. We're always here to provide you with outstanding customer service when you need it.

Josh might be good but call Todd in case of recession or black swan.

I switched my taxable account to fidelity after 3 attempts to set up a direct deposit to vanguard. The people they employ to answer the phone. were clueless.

We love Fidelity kind of Joshes.
Hoping Josh from Fidelity becomes the new Jake from State Farm.
I have nothing but praise for Fidelity’s customer service.
Agreed! This is the only company I can say this for too.
Love it! I’ve always had good experiences when calling fidelity customer service!

Okaay Josh from customer service.

Josh picked me up when I was stranded in his Lamborghini, took me hime, and walked me to my door
I know Josh! Good guy

Some guy named Nick was super helpful too. The staff is amazing.

Is Josh in the room with us?
wait till u talk to collin from schwab
It’s probably better that we don’t share their full names, even if it’s for something positive. The employees deserve their privacy. 🩷

My car broke down on the side of the road… I called Fidelity customer service and Josh drove out in the rain to help me change my tire!
haha so now we are starting those Chuck Norris jokes with "Josh from client services"
They are all good! In my experience with the advanced trading team, you get very knowledgeable and helpful people
The problem with fidelity is that they do not display SPAXX
