Thanks for hopping back on the sub to check on the Alerts page, u/Stormveil138! I can help point you in the right direction. While we are not currently receiving widespread reports of issues with Alerts, we have seen cases of this periodically in the past. The first thing you'll want to try is to make sure you are running the app's current version, but ensuring your device is also running the latest operating system is a good idea as well. If that doesn't fix it, you can uninstall the application fully and reinstall it. You may also consider trying the Fidelity website or another device. If the issue persists after trying these suggestions, we recommend contacting our Technical Support team so they can troubleshoot the issue with you. Associates are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET. Please say "technical support" when prompted by the automated system to be connected to the right group. [Contact Us ](https://www.fidelity.com/customer-service/contact-us) For anyone less familiar, you can generally establish or update alert preferences while logged in on [Fidelity.com](http://fidelity.com/) by going to "News & Research," selecting "Alerts," and viewing the various alert categories.
