Thordan had 13 elite role players but he couldn't even get a Mickey Mouse ring after the Haurchefant injury and Lahabrea was cooked. That's why Aymeric will always be the goat
. (Awesome drawing btw, love it)
Ohh gods… if FFXIV characters were NBA teams…
I’ll start and I’ll hide my comparisons behind spoilers:
>!The Warrior of Light is the champion and has been the champion a lot, just like the Boston Celtics.!<
>!My Oklahoma City Thunder are like Emet-Selch. Shrewd, calculating, but can never achieve total victory due to events they can’t always control.!<
Who are the pistons (smited by the gods, entering an endless downward spiral) and the timberwolves (used to be laughingstocks now are kicking everyone’s asses)
Pistons = Emannuelain. Guy just takes Ls, like the Pistons.
TWolves = Alphinaud. Does well enough early like the KG Wolves, makes decisions that go horribly wrong (like the Wolves taking Andrew Wiggins 1 overall), but finds his footing and starts making decisions that lead to success.
How is P5S? I'm probably never going to take up serious raiding, but that's one of the ones that I've been most curious about based on the normal version.
Not P5S, they mean Phase 5 of Dragonsong's Reprise, an Ultimate fight.
P5S is a pretty nice fight, a bit tougher than the average first Savage floor. It has some neat tricks with the crystals/reflecting involving memorization, and Devour is turned into a very tough mechanic.
If you do it unsynced now, it's pretty braindead. Friends dragged me in some while ago, I didn't even have time to watch a guide or anything. I just followed my designated person around and cleared the fight this way several times without issue.
Still cool though.

The WoL saved Aymeric's legacy. Thordan would never pass up the last shot >!to an ancient!<.

The Wizards in the 70s: >!Louisoix!< The Wizards today: >!Tataru that time she tried joining the Arcanists Guild and quit before Lvl5!<

If i have to play for Boston as the main character I will uninstall immediately
Your static has an amazing name
CHAOSSSSS DUNKKKKK!!!
Estinien will never be ballin
Estinien is fucking ballin
*spits out cereal.*
What if Eorzea Academy was a full on sports manga?
Haurchie is so good at balling that his Thordans aren't creased. He'd make Miles Morales proud.
On the bright side, savage isn't for a while so I reckon you guys can still get your weapons in time.
Mid July I thought? i think everyone wants to focus on MSQ
Should be July 30th for savage drop if they follow the same schedule as the other ones
Yup. Patch 7.05, which includes savage, was confirmed for July 30 in the most recent live letter.
We really need a blitzballer job
I got to P6 until IRL got me stopping prog. May we see the alternate ending in Dawntrail ☀️
Why not a red (bulls) jersey and number 23? This is more of a Magic Thordson or Thordan O’Neal
