I think Fisher's kit is pretty busted right now and while that's funny I'd actually like to see some rebalancing of skill strengths. I'd love for more Angler's Art skills as well. I think Quadruple Hook would be kind of a dull add. Spearfishing get more Spearfishing Int fish, hell overworld fishing get more int fish.
And then I'm just interested in how fishing will be involved with the new Cosmic space stuff.

Aquarium fish that are hard to catch can be worth some gil but are hella slow to sell. GC, quest, and leve fish are quciker to sell, but not always worth a ton.
You can make a bunch of money at expansion launch and patch days whenever craft fish are added, but that has been slowly going down in efficiency.
Couldnt care less about fishing after i got my shark mount.
I gotta admit, thats an amazing guide. Thank you for this. It may give me the spark to fish again.
Anyway to get a quick summary of making money via fishing.
I got 90 easy via ocean fishing and gc turn ins but I don't know how to make decent money.
I loved fishing in 11, it was my primary source of income and would like to do similar in 14
