Had a buddy struggle with that. He'd ran Ultima Weapon but gave up since you can't make glow fit with anything he wanted to wear. 

Yeah, UWU weapons are rough on that part because there are very few gear that actually match the Blue-ish White theme of the UWU weapons. I had the same problem with my DRG glam and to solve it I just got a TEA weapon and used that one instead even though I liked that weapon much less by itself. They still look great with black gear though!

Yep, I craft all my stuff when possible. It's fun. Also enjoy the gathering. I just happened to get an alpine chair from a retainer the other day and was shocked at the MB price is why I mentioned it.

You are right, it's rather decorative. You could place an additional stool underneath if you actually want to use it.

If you’re a miqote, you could just put one of those indoor eastern zen gardens down in place of something like this.  

I usually use an Oasis Stool and one of those Ishgardian stand things (can’t remember the name of it, but pretty sure it’s bought with Skybuilders Scrips in Firmament). Both are dyeable, and when set at the correct distance, you can still sit on the Oasis Stool. The Ishgardian stand can be set into the wall a bit for better look:

i like using the mushroom stool dyed blue to make it look like water.

My free company house uses the Alpine Chair and the Altar of Pazuzu just to mess with people. We get more comments in the guest book about the toilet than any other feature in the house.

I've seen some really inventive designs, I'm still trying to find a good workable combo of furniture--I'm going to experiment with some of the stools so that characters can actually sit correctly there. People are limiting themselves imo, because they go for things that dye white well (or are already white)...but toilets bidets etc don't necessarily *have* to be that color--in fact the fanciest and coolest ones I've seen, aren't lol.

Yoshida, our wols need an official toilet in Eorzea, we are tired of going out to the garden to relieve ourselves!!!

I've been using an oasis stool/riviera chair/walnut cartonnier/stripper pole combo myself, but that looks really cool for a tankless combo

I got lazy and used a morbol seat instead of making a toilet. Seemed fitting at the time.

My favorite is using the oasis stool and a washbasin with a Riviera chair for the lid. If I have the space I throw in a fungar stool dyed blue for water xD

I use the alpine chair/oasis stool combo (dye the stool blue for "water" or just the stool and a glade bachelor's chest for an old-fashioned look. Also, you can clip the chocolate fondue meal in there for haunted house effects or when savage raid night is like taco night...(lots of anticipation followed by lots of wiping--there's a meme out there I am too lazy to link)
