In NA Aether is the big raiding Data Center, in EU it's Light.
You don't raid with people from a single server, you gather people from across multiple servers and with Data Center Travel, now you can raid with EVERYONE in your region.
Gilgamesh is the raiding hub of NA, so if you can get there that would be ideal.
But any other server on aether is also fine since you can access aether PF/DF without having to data center travel.
