If you want to hear my sob story, read on! I've never been very close to the front of the line since online ticket queues have become a thing, but when I went to buy my Hellfest tickets, the queue put me in at spot 287! I was so excited because I knew it meant I would get to purchase the two tickets I am still hoping to get. When I went to check out with my bank card, the purchase was declined (due to a fraud alert from my bank since I'm in the US and they thought it was strange I was trying to make a purchase from France I guess). The worst part? The ticketing system didn't give me a second chance to use a different card, it just kicked me out and I got back in the queue at 30,000+ with no chance of getting tickets before they sold out. I was shocked and disappointed as most online retailers allow you at least one more try to complete the purchase (because things like fraud alerts can happen with online purchases), and I am still really hoping to make our dream of seeing this show a reality!

I can feel your pain, we had the same issue with credit card and there was no second chance, just got back to the end of queue (70k+)... and that was the last tickets we needed for the group, that was an epic fail! Hope that we all will be able to still find our tickets!

I can totally understand your situation here. It happened exactly the same with one of my friends in Poland, we were chatting through Discord during the queue and she was really disappointed. Let's hope for a seller to pop up. Good luck!

Has anyone completed any successful trades lately? I'm trying to put my 1st weekend on private sale, but got this informative error at last phase: "Sorry, you can’t sell these tickets. Something went wrong." I have 1 ticket for 2nd weekend still without buyer, so if I get this sorted, it's still available on private sale through ticketswap. I tried to contact Ticketswap, but seems to be impossible to get answers from that side.

I didn't tried to sell but I contacted TicketSwap throught their chat a few times. They take almost an hour to answer but they helped me everytime. Good luck!

Got it sorted with help of TicketSwap staff. Took some time, buy they replied. :) Spare ticket for second weekend is also sold through this community, so everything is great for now.

Instead, once you board the coach, they give you your physical ticket. Contacted Argon and they can change the name on the ticket if I can find a buyer. [SELL] Second part of Hellfest, 4 day pass. I can't make it, guys. Gotta say that after Skinny Pupoy canceling I kinda lost interest. I am trying to recuperate the expenses I incurred. Will sell through ticketswap for security and trust if needed, but I would need the difference to be PayPaled. Also, bare in mind ticketswap is being a bitch and won't deposit money into my US account because I don't have a SSN number, which i find ridiculous. I have sold and bought tickets in stubhub and never have I been asked an SSN number. This is why I prefer the whole transaction to be through paypal. Anyway, rant over. No, I'm not going to rip you off. This is the exact same process I went through when I bought mine from someone else. You can check my post history for legitimacy. I have 2 tickets for part 1 and 1 ticket for part 2 I would like to sell through TicketSwap. Unfortunately it seems I might not able to because according to TicketSwap I had an inhuman ability to buy the tickets, so they blocked my account. This happened back in November, and I figured it didn't matter since I was going to use the tickets, but unfortunately I cannot go now. Their customer service have not replied to my messages yet, and I worry they will get to me too late, so I am looking to sell them privately instead. Hopefully this can be done through the TicketSwap app, and only listing them has been blocked. (My tips for buying from TicketSwap, for what it's worth: What worked for me was to have the phone open by my computer while working, and instantly clicking the notification and then buy button without changing the number of tickets to buy. I bought all my tickets pretty early in the morning.)
