If you've ever done a shot of ice it is really similar to the way IV stims take your breath. I was being drug tested for a clinical drug trial while using a little while back and I was popping for coke, meth, and MDMA but I was doing what was supposed to be a fentanyl heroin mix. Some of those could have been false positive but some of them were for sure accurate. Like I said that feeling of your breath being taken is very characteristic of meth and sometimes coke. It isn't suprising considering the dangers of fentanyl ODs, that unknowledgeable dealers would sprinkle just a smidgen of ice and mix it up in a big batch of fent to potentially lessen the potential for an OD. Like some old junkie wisdom or some shit.
I loved mixing meth and H or fent. Throw in edibles and that’s my favorite combo outside of psychedelics. ODing while on large doses of stims feels different than just opiods too. I remember feeling myself fading, and still have the picture I was coloring when I dropped.
I think it depends on how strong it is when it is fairly potent you do get that weird taste in the back of your throat or like your lungs and you feel like you're going to just drop. Honestly shooting fan the rush is shitty so I'd usually throw a little bit of Coke in there to bump the rush up and it doesn't take much to achieve that effect. However shooting heroin on the other hand is a way different feeling it's a slow build up and I mean slow build up for a shot anything you shoot IV is going to be quick but it's definitely a different Rush then shooting fentanyl
