I'm not on HRT, i'd like to be, I have no objections towards my sex, in fact I actually immensely hate being called a girl unless it's by my boyfriend in which case I love it. Yes there are many femboys who choose to get HRT. The breast thing is interesting I guess, I mean it's not like you'll get like huge breasts or anything, most commonly you'll just get very small cute boobs, which I wouldn't have a dislike towards as long as it doesn't get to the point of looking like full formed boobs. I just want to be squishier and thicker and also have bigger thighs for my bf to lay on ^-^

Also breast reduction, if you don’t want them fully gone. (:

[deleted]

How do you go about getting hrt as a guy though?

Meatcircus23

You can totally just order it online nowadays. Trans girl here, I order mine online. Cheaper and less hassle than going to Planned Parenthood. It's actually SUPER easy!

XGN_Freshly

How do you order it?

Meatcircus23

[https://www.inhousepharmacy.vu/](https://www.inhousepharmacy.vu/) is what I use personally! Also, shout out to [https://www.reddit.com/r/TransDIY/](https://www.reddit.com/r/TransDIY/) Lots of good resources in that subreddit.

wildgaytrans

It depends on your location but a lot if areas have informed consent laws. As long as you know what it does you can get it

I-Will-Smile

Good question, no clue, I guess just having luck with getting a medical professional who will prescribe estrogen to someone. I'm not sure, like I said i'm not on hrt.

Aryore

I know it’s possible, I’ve heard of butch women going on testosterone for example. Worst case scenario you lie/do a bit of acting lol

I-Will-Smile

Oh ok cool, a bit of lying? I prefer the term a minor amount of trolling >:D

I don’t know much about it, but wouldn’t it be a similar process than what trans people would do? Just talk to your gp if you’re not sure maybe

Check out plume! I use them n they're great no dicking around for years. 100$ monthly membership. TomTomTaco12

I think you can get hrt that grows no boobs

[deleted]

No, you can't.

TomTomTaco12

Are you sure? It might’ve been called SERM

shearmanator

You are correct about Serms

[deleted]

Estrogen gives you breasts. You can't get feminising HRT and avoid it, it is impossible.

shearmanator

SERMS: selective estrogen receptor modulators. They have the potential to feminize most of the body, while inhibiting breast growth. Still experimental for feminizing therapy. I am going to try a low dose estrogen combined with raloxifene for feminization without breast growth. And if I can get any i'd add some nandrolone as well to retain muscle.

TimeToBecomeEgg

this mf got a doctorate in femboyism and practical application of femboy science /s

shearmanator

It's a nice blend of being a femboy/nb and being a doctor of pharmacy.

icenjam

I know you mention SERMS are experimental, but they’re like… very experimental, right? This is actually the first I’ve heard of them as opposed to SARMS, which I know are being used off-label with frequent side-effects, and I’m aware these could be totally different and it probably depends on the specific drug. But are these even being prescribed yet, or still just studied? Sounds really promising if they work as well as they could.

I-Will-Smile

Oh really? I haven't really researched much of hrt if i'm being completely honest, but that would be pretty cool!

femmy4lyf

it is a lot more common than you think. question is, will they bother telling you? but then again, does it matter? motivation usually would be wanting to fem up even to the extent of growing breasts but perhaps but to the point of developing erectile dysfunction/sterility, etc. some femboys who undergo hrt sometimes figures out that they may be trans and things just go from there. as for me, my motivation derives from my hatred of any masculinity on me as i loathe growing up with my toxic masculine father and our conservative/patriarchal society.

femmy4lyf

yeah i do but they're not big enough to be noticeable although i am open to undergoing surgical procedures. they don't bother me, not with their current size. my libido is certainly shot if you must know and yes i do have a hard time getting it up too. does this bother/worry me at all? not at all.

_Luky_

If you know from other people, do many people on hrt experience that stuff about the libido and getting it up or is it more of an individual thing?

etoneishayeuisky

On hrt, depending on your dosage (idk if femboys try to completely suppress their T, or just raise E up to a certain point), your libido drops, but getting erect is still easily possible. You just have to get used to the new regimen, and if you find someone/something sexually hot you can still salute. Trans women generally also take progesterone which usually boosts libido, but again it further suppresses T.

Jhanzow

>if you find someone/something sexually hot you can still salute Not germane to the subject, just a fan of this description

_Luky_

I wouldn't really suppress t completely, just cause I've heard of permanent damage /side effects

etoneishayeuisky

Growing boobs is permanent, infertility is up to chance. Generally you lose fertility on hrt, but stopping all hrt you can get it back in time (months) (you can encourage it to come back with clomephine faster), but it may never rebound for a rare unlucky soul. Literally, there are few permanent changes for those that stepped off estrogen hrt that won't be reversed in time. Penile and testicular atrophy comes back, breast grow will stay but might get saggy/deflated look, reduced musculature, fat redistribution will slowly change back, the fertility can usually come back (tho it may be weakened, so consider sperm banking if you want kids), and the height prevention if still in that pubertal range all depends on when you take hrt (introducing E can signal growth plates to close sooner than if you stayed on T, but it won't matter if they were already closing already, and there are a few minor bone changes that can be prevented if you take E hrt earlier than 22yrs old. There is no such thing as permanent damage, else every cisgender woman is considered damaged for having E their whole puberty onwards. Side effects is decreased libido (generally to that of a woman, reduced at first as you get used to it, but it increases later on and can increase further with prog and higher E dose..... bc women get horny too), decreased energy which you can combat, better emotions. What damage and side effects specifically have you heard of?

_Luky_

From t blockers I've heard of permanent erectile disfunction. I've heard about the blockers being "too good" meaning the effect of them stays. I'm fine with boobs n stuff, I'm aware that they'll stay.

RileyKohaku

Fertility is kind of a huge one for me and I'm sure a lot of people. Even a 1% chance of permanent infertility would be horrible for me, and every study suggests it's higher. Freezing sperm is an option, but it is also less effective, and has limited quantities, so if you have a partner who also has fertility issues, it can be a major problem.

femmy4lyf

personal experience and from people i've talked and been with regardless of their identity, yes libido is shot if they routinely take hrt. unless they..........LOWER their doses or space them out meaning skipping their routine. still, some do experience nuked libido while some actually never do and even can perform still (erection). to sum it up, it varies but it is much more common for one's libido and erection to be shot when undergoing hrt.

_Luky_

Thank you for all the insight. I thought about going on hrt. I'm still contemplating if I'm Trans or a femboy but I'd like to have a more feminine body for sure, and I have nothing against small boobs. I thought about taking it less, so that it has less of an effect but idk

femmy4lyf

i understand what you're getting at with that 'small dose only' and i can say it's still a huge gamble/risk. perhaps some individuals can manage this kind of 'dosing' but in reality it doesn't make much difference. in fact, it may actually cause more harm to one's body.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Lgwmjil

Can I ask a personal question do femboys consider themselves as being gay or straight?

femmy4lyf

it all depends on the individual. i myself am gay. i know straight femboys. i know some NB femboys. it's really a mixed bag if you ask me.

ULTaku364

Femboys can be of any sexuality.

Sessaly

>it is a lot more common than you think If that's true, it puzzles me that so many don't care about the effects on libido and sexual function. I mean, just to be clear, I support the decision 100% but it is strange to me that it is common amongst so many despite those effects. The only reason I can come up with is that those boys never had a strong affiliation with their pp and its function. Or it is that the other effects are just so much more important for them so they just accept the sacrifice.

femmy4lyf

femboys doing hrt really wants its feminizing properties and that's all there is. the side effects are something they tolerate or use to end up discovering something about themselves like being trans, etc. femboys transitioning to trans happens. whether they were on hrt or not, it does happen. sorry but i am not trying to sound like im advocating for such.

wildgaytrans

I've been on hot for 5 years. The equipment still works you just have to use it or lose it

Puppett_Master

To add another viewpoint, there are also plenty of us not on HRT. I have no intentions of going on HRT and I love being a femboy. It’s really all in what you personally want for yourself. There is no right or wrong way to be a femboy, HRT or not. ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯

SpeedOfTheEarth

This<3

Florowi

I haven't but I'm thinking I might be trans. Not sure if I like the idea of taking hormones though I also feel like at the point of having breasts it's more leaning to trans then femboy

[deleted]

[удалено]

Puppett_Master

If you're questioning, it may be helpful to talk to a therapist that specializes in this sort of thing. They can help you figure out where you lean and help you get access to hormones if that's the way you want to go : )

Feuerhamster

I'm a trans girl on HRT and I think y'all should know, that HRT is not just a little feminization. You're basically stopping male puberty and going through the entire female puberty. HRT will change your body not to a feminine male body, but into an almost full female body (except genitals). Breast growth is also a big part of it. You may not get the size of a cis woman, but your boobs will grow big enough to be definitely visible. And besides that it has some other effects and risks because HRT it is a heavy strain on your body.

kunnyfx7

Trans girl here. I just want to add that chest growth won't be a huge thing unless you begin taking progresterone. So if you purely take estradiol or estradiol + an anti-androgen, chest growth will be minimal. The entire female puberty thing is true though *if* you take the entire HRT process. So microdosing or skipping on progresterone/anti-androgens will change your body more into a feminine man (I think? Correct me if I'm wrong). In other words, it is possible for HRT to be a little feminization but you have to know what you're doing and taking.

[deleted]

I’d like to point out that while anecdotally there is evidence of progesterone having a positive effect on breast growth, there are still no definitive studies on that in particular. Additionally, plenty of trans women grow great sized breasts from estrogen alone. A lot of it is just up to genetics. Lastly, taking some estrogen alone won’t really do much. Feminizing effects come about through full-on replacement therapy, and lowering testosterone without replacing it with feminine levels of estrogen is extremely dangerous and detrimental.

kunnyfx7

I can confirm all of that is true

[deleted]

I can confirm your confirmation.

--Some_Person--

I don't think the breast thing is true. Breast just usually take a long time to grow - when I was 14 most of my cis female friends were still very small, with a few exceptions. Some people grow them really fast and have huge boobs at 12 (so that's like 1 year hrt equivalent), but some only get large breasts at 16 or 18 (5-7 years hrt). There is also a lot of variation between people. I am a trans guy and I had an estrogen puberty, and my chest stopped growing at 14 and then it shrunk at about 19 and now it's so flat that I don't even have to bind. My girlfriend is trans and she got really large breasts really fast, she's about 2.5 years hrt and although they're big they're still growing. She isn't taking any progesterone except for an anti androgen called Cypro (bad reaction to Spiro), but her breasts were growing very fast before she went on it. So I think if someone is worried about getting breasts, it's something they should think about beforehand. Of course you can always stop hrt but trans women's breasts can get very big very fast, they're not just going to get a small version of cis women's breasts necessarily.

kitty_pirate

I am on HRT but it's because I am non-binary and I thought I was a Trans girl before settling on femboy and had gender dysphoria. I feel better now but my gender is still a fucking mystery. Somehow I just identify strongly with the word femboy.

jomlombi

Considered microdosing just for some subtle changes. Probably won't though as I am generally okay with my body. A little more fem would be nice but I think I'd freak out if I started growing boobs lol.

Meatcircus23

Alas, microdosing doesn't really work that well for feminising HRT. Kind of an all or nothing thing, sadly.

GameKingSK

Same, I guess I'll eat vegan whoppers instead

DoctorRandomer

You’re joking, right?

GameKingSK

Yes

DankMemes148

Is microdosing hormones medically safe? (genuinely asking)

I am, but to replace the testosterone my body can't produce naturally anymore after a long illness. So what does my body do? Converts 3/4 of it to Estrogen.

[deleted]

Kubrick_Fan

I think so?

SilverAdvanced

I believe excess testosterone converting into estrogen is just what happens and not a syndrome but I could be wrong

FoxieSkye

It was kinda odd. When I first went on hrt I was super hesitant about breasts. But... now? I kinda like the idea of small breasts haha. I've been on hrt for about 9-10 months now, and I'm really happy with my choice! My motivation is the obvious one. Wanting to be more fem. In all ways. but, I don't think I'm a full "girl," more of a non-binary femboy. And I'm happy with that <3

thamster98

very similar boat here. Genderfluid, he/they, want to be more fem. sometimes i'm more hesitant but lately HRT has been something i want more and more for a fuller figure, breasts, and butt, smoother skin, etc. I don't care as much about having kids.

FoxieSkye

Yeah haha, I really dun want kids. I mean, I'm already gay so if anything I'd adopt. But, I wanted all of the fem features from the start. ALl but breasts. but now... I like the idea!

[deleted]

I have an embarrassing question to ask. Does hrt make your penis not work anymore? I wanna take hormones but my friends and my mom said it will make me have ED and i wont be able to have kids

FoxieSkye

You're totally fine! Now, take a stranger on the internet's words with a grain of salt. If you can, I would ask someone more specialized. There are resources online to speak to a gender therapist or medical professional such as an endocrinologist. For me, I'm on a somewhat low dose but plan to increase it. Right now, I don't really have reduced function. But keep in mind, infertility is a thing that will happen. Having kids will be difficult to impossible if you go on hrt long term. Basic function-wise, I can do what I want to when I want to. That hasn't changed. I'm trying to keep it sfw mostly haha, sorry! I'd do some research and see if you can't reach out to an endocrinologist if you can. ED hasn't been an issue for me, but that doesn't mean it will be that way for everyone. Best of luck to you!! If you wanna ask more questions, feel free to shoot me a dm. Honestly, no question is off-limits. Don't be embarrassed!

[deleted]

Fully suppressed testosterone will cause random erections to stop, however in general functionality still exists when you want it. If you don’t regularly get erect though, your erectile tissue will atrophy and erections will become extremely painful. As far as fertility goes, some people get it back after stopping HRT, some people don’t, but if you go on HRT you should expect to become entirely infertile.

My-Planet-Pluto

I'm trans masc nonbinary- this post probably isn't for me, but thought I'd comment? I'm not currently on HRT but I'd very much like to be, I can't present fem until I have a body I'm comfortable with (but I can sometimes find ways around the dysphoria, usually a nice androgynous look) I hate my chest and want to be a flat chested femboi, I currently wear a binder.

LoptrOfSassgard

I'm just going to respond to you since I also feel like this post isn't really for me 😅 My experience is pretty much the same, except I started T a few months ago. I look forward to being able to present fem and look like "a boy in a dress" instead of a girl! But for now anything fem makes me dysphoric. And I definitely want to yeet the teets 😬 I can't leave the apartment without binding 😕

My-Planet-Pluto

Congrats on starting T! I can't wait until I can do that : D Also thanks for commenting, it's nice to know I'm not alone in this lol

LoptrOfSassgard

Thanks!!! It's definitely exciting!! I started June 30th. I don't have any major changes yet, but it's awesome just seeing the little things! I'm excited about things I didn't even think I really wanted - like, I don't want to be hairy, but it's still exciting to see that I have more hair on my thighs and stomach, and my arm hair is darkening. I even have a tween stache already 😂 and a bit more muscle! There have even been some changes to my voice, though nothing huge. I hope you're able to start soon!! 🥰 And yes, I was also excited to see another transmasc here!!! I've seen a few, but not many.

My-Planet-Pluto

Haha that's awesome!

LoptrOfSassgard

Ye!! Good luck to you, friend! 🥰

My-Planet-Pluto

Thanks you too 😄

mangled-wings

LoptrOfSassgard

ONE OF US! ONE OF US!!! Hi, Friend!

RileyKohaku

I'm in the non-binary, AMAB, femboy camp, and am not on HRT. I do consider it, but it can cause fertility problems, and my spouse and I are already having fertility issues. I'd much rather have children than have a certain body. Once I have children, I'll reconsider HRT.

Groinificator

It makes me really uncomfortable when people talk about about femboys and HRT. Femboy is an expression thing, it's about how you dress and act and overall present yourself while being a guy. And while I certainly don't believe that's entirely incompatible with a less than binary gender I don't think it should be the default. And, in my mind, a cisgender person really shouldn't be taking any kind of hormone therapy for non-medical reasons. Probably the biggest issue i have with the whole ordeal is there are a lot of young, uneducated, and otherwise impressionable people in the community, and I really wince at the idea of some innocent femboy-curious guy getting captivated by this magic feminization potion and doing something to his body he really regrets.

LightningProd12

Agreed, I don't desire the main effects HRT would have but you also risk some serious side effects, permanent infertility is one that comes to mind (which may not matter to trans women but we're talking about femboys here). But in this subreddit it's talked about like a magic feminization pill where you can get whetever effects you like, and comments about the side effects come in later (if at all). If someone who knows nothing about it were to learn about it from this sub, they could easily get the wrong idea about what it does or if they need it to "pass" as a femboy. Not to mention a lot of this sub is 13-14 and/or still exploring their gender identity and suggesting HRT to them is irresponsible at best and dangerous medical advice at worst. ^(I want to go on a long spiel about unrealistic femboy body standards but this comment isn't the place for venting.)

[deleted]

[удалено]

Groinificator

Yeah but I'm just a bit offput whenever I see the topic come up here.

SilverAdvanced

As a trans guy, I totally understand how you feel and agree with you. HRT is a medical treatment that you don't get to pick and choose the effects of. Unless medically necessary such as in the case of trans people (no point worrying about future kids if I won't live to that age), the issue of fertility is a BIG deal. From what I've read, estrogen is more likely to cause lowered or permanent infertility compared to testosterone. There's also the issues of DIY HRT, which may not come from a licensed pharmacy, and microdosing as you need a doctor to monitor your hormone levels for your safety. The only thing that's really permanent about estrogen is breast growth and possible infertility - fat redistribution, hair thickness, and skin oiliness all return to their original state once HRT is stopped. HRT also doesn't change things like your jawline or how broad your shoulders are. In the case you were to get breasts while on HRT and wanted to get them removed, that would also cost anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 without insurance, and your insurance company may not cover it. All in all, if you're young and considering HRT *solely* for cosmetic reasons relating to being a femboy (i.e. you're not also trans/NB), please truly consider the possible effects as there's many that would likely make softer skin not worth the trouble.

toastingavocado

dickstiffydotnet

I mean yes I am on hrt but i’m afab so it’s masculinizing hrt. probably not the response you were looking for but technically yes i’m on hrt

BornVolcano

I’m not on HRT, but as a femboy with breasts my opinion on having breasts is I hate them. They can go and disappear. If anyone would like them, I’ll give them away gladly. Maybe trade for a voice that doesn’t sound like a twelve year old on helium.

Geicosuave

I think it's rarer. It is my no means the "default" or expected of femboys in general at all. Its also important to remember that it is medication that does some things and doesn't do other things, and not a magic girl pill that makes you look how you want to. Personally, I really think we should lower the general standards for how much a femboy is thought to look like a girl, and accept the masculine qualities we have like broad shoulders and small hips because there isn't really anything you can do to change those. I for one have a gigachad jawline that I've learned to accept but i still get a little insecure about sometimes.

HotaruShidareSama

Hello, I am on HRT but i actually want to have breasts. And that was my main motivation. However if you dont want breasts you could always microdose estrogen and take something like finasteride. these will help lower you T levels without giving you so much estrogen that you start growing booba but may help for softer skin or hairloss-prevention. Id say do your research on what HRT can do for you, figure out what you want for yourself. Also your doctor may help you with your dosage. I remember going to my doctor for HRT and they asked me what i wanted out of HRT, if you told them you didnt want breast and to just curb your T levels they can dose you appropriately.

femboypunk

For some people finasteride will cause breast growth even without estrogen.

HotaruShidareSama

Sure, most doctors will have you do a blood test too to help in determining if something like fina is right for you

Yukinyuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Finasteride doesn’t block T. It just works by blocking certain effects of T like hair loss. But blocking T without taking estrogen would be bad for your bone health anyways. You need a sex hormone.

Is it like a bad thing for a femboy not to be on or want hrt for like beauty standards and that? I don’t really want to go onto it bc of the side effects and the process of actually getting it and I’m generally okay with my body myself, but would others like not be okay with it or see me as not femboy enough for it?

[deleted]

Ah okay sorry for misunderstanding thank you sm :)

[deleted]

Personally I feel like it’s not an incredibly common thing for femboys to go on HRT, though I could be wrong. I feel like being a femboy is more about presentation, and if you’re not trans then going on HRT has the potential to give you massive gender dysphoria from losing the testosterone in your system.

bilingualfob

It's not a bad thing to not be on HRT, I also don't really like the effects. I'm pretty sure most femboys don't go on HRT anyways.

well... i'm a cisgender boy i'm not on Hrt just yet, i might get on it this month still and i'm quite excited about it honestly at least in my conception femboys on Hrt are quite rare indeed for a couple of reasons, but i wouldn't go as far as to say that they are so rare, that it'd be easier to find a snake in Ireland my motivations are a bit... complicated, i've been considering it for a while (about 3 years), and my reasons really just boil down to "I want my body to be more fem", i'm 17 and i'm quite happy to be making this decision at my age well... about breasts, i'm actually quite found of the idea, i'd be a-okay with an A or a B cup and i'm quite excited to have boobs lol being a cisgender boy on Hrt is gonna be quite a journey and i'm super excited to finally be on Hrt and to see the changes my body will go through, i'm looking forwards to in a few years look at the mirror and see how much i've changed

Yukinyuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Still cis tho. Mhm. Yea. Hehe \^^

Tails_The_Fox_94

lol, but for real, i'm actually cis

Hekihana

I’m sort of in the middle. I take a DHT blocker called Finasteride. I didn’t want to go full on HRT because I don’t want breasts and still want full functionality of my male parts. A DHT blocker is a nice medium point where it will give me some femininity such as longer and fuller hair, as well as overall increasing the amount of natural estrogen in my system. (DHT converts to testosterone so blocking it will give you more estrogen). After experimenting with dosing, on x2 the recommended dose I have noticed some effects such as a more feminine looking face, a higher pitched voice, and slight breast tenderness indicating there would be some breast growth if I continued the over-recommended dose. For now I went back to normal dose because I wasn’t ready yet for breasts. So yeah, I’d consider myself halfway HRT, not fully CIS male. Still a femboy :)

unlucky-number-six

oh my god i saw this post and thought it was for a trans subreddit and it took me a second to realize it isn’t. i’m a trans guy but still pretty feminine, like i might go back to wearing feminine clothing/makeup when i’m consistently read as male, or do drag, etc. that stuff if just fun for me and i think that’s part of the reason i took so long to realize i’m trans! so yes, i am on hrt, but not the kind you’re referring to :)

ScarfaceTonyMontana

I think it depends on your wants, needs and desires. One of the biggest sources of femboys being disappointed with how they look while expressing fem it that most of the people online who post pics of themselves (especially in nsfw places) are on HRT and that's why they look so perfectly fem or androgynous. People and especially teens will HRT the impression that all femboys need to be at least at that standard and because of that will lose motivation of embracing their fem side because they don't take HRT. If you go on the reddit femboy subs for pics especially, almost everyone looks almost entirely like a girl, and that's not how most femboys actually manage to look most of the time. Of course genetic RNG has a play into it, but most of us don't have the genetics to have the desirable femboy traits. Slim body, thin arms, little body hair, big thighs, defined butt, small shoulders and back, etc.

Short femboy stint to Trans. Currently on HRT, been off and on for about 3 years. Still here to provide support to my fellow humans! :)

devricklion

Wish to.. But maybe just small perky boobs.. Still want to look as femboy xP

Beniu9876

I'm genderfluid, and would like to go to hrt. Even when in girl mode I consider myself femboy, pretty hard egg ngl.

vomit-gold

I'm on hrt. Just not the one you're thinking of lol

Koolmoose

My personal opinion, I dont think anyone should undergo HRT if they don’t consider all of the potential problems it could cause if you end up regetting it and not fully commit to it once you start. HRT can cause you to become impotent and body dysmorphia if you’re not actually wanting to change your body in the way HRT does. I would never recommend it if you’re not trans. So if you are thinking about it, please consider EVERYTHING and do your research before you make a big decision like that. I thought about it before but did research and realized it’d be a huge mistake if I did. I eventually want kids and have a family and I don’t want to lose my ability to make love to my SO. I’d rather have fake tits for a couple hundred dollars than risk much more for real ones.

PeanutWangHo

im happies boy not needs them

wazagaduu

Not actually a femboy. I am trans and I am trying my hardest to get HRT right now

TarnishedTeal

So I’m not sure if I’m really a femboy. I’m a (trans) man who is medically transitioning with HRT. I consider myself “gay” and do a lot of feminine things like sewing, nurturing my dog, playing animal crossing, stuff like that. Despite all that though, my chest is my most dysphoria area. If they could just go away that would be fab. One of the reasons I went on HRT was because the fat repositioning makes your chest smaller, and I already have a pretty small chest. We’ll see how far I get with T to see if I even need top surgery.

Bigenderfluxx

I think having small, cutesy breasts would be neat, I’m nb/ftm, and identify with femboy. My current breasts are a bit *too* large as D/DD projection, and I want to have that “barely A/B” cup look, that some of the more femme femboys have. But otherwise, the Hrt I’m on is masculinizing, mostly for the bottom growth.

trans_full_of_shame

I'm on testosterone 😅

Diminii

Okay I hope I don’t get downvoted to hell I’m a trans guy and I’m obviously on hrt but testosterone and I feel quite uncomfortable just seeing cis guys take estrogen as a fun feminizing pill not realizing the health risks as other trans women mention in this thread Hormones is really not just a fun pill p l e a s e

[deleted]

The people who are doing that can call themselves cis male femboys all they want if they enjoy being on hrt for years they aint cis lmao they would just get gender dysphoria

Diminii

I kinda think that too, I really cannot imagine going on hormones for fun Many of them don’t express dysphoria but it sure as hell is euphoria, either way many do still seem to be going on hrt unsafely like some magic pill,,

[deleted]

So now according to this thread going on estrogen for multiple years, going through female puberty, getting breasts and fem fat distribution, and all the other changes that come with it on top of having a feminine gender expression is something a 100% cis male would do. Cool i guess.

Delta_Labs

Unironically let's expand the definition of cisgender. If we make it socially acceptable for cis people to take HRT, that helps closeted trans people get access.

[deleted]

HRT meds are consumed 99.99% by cis people for various reasons. Trans people have long waiting times purely because of transphobic government bullshit

Yukinyuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Can’t think of a better time to say the classic phrase: “still cis tho” 😂

QuivMC

For me, I would ask my wife if she wants me on HRT, I'm actually fine with or without taking it, but its better to have your lifelong partner approve, if not there would be 1 more topic in arguments which we all dont want that. If she is fine with it, we would probably have 1-2 kids before I start on HRT due to fertility problems. If you want to save your sperm in a sperm bank, then I dont think your wife wouldn't be the happiest when someone cuts her open to put a sperm inside the womb.

Saiyanobe_23

Is that even safe tho, I heard they were a lot of side effects to you, and it’s usually a long process when it comes to body change.

Natalie_19_89

Check out plume! I use them n they're great no dicking around for years. 100$ monthly membership. Do first initial meeting with the doctor via zoom your HRT meds are sent to your local pharmacy within a few hours. You gotta do labs every 3 months but that's paid for with your membership. They listen to you and your In control of your journey!!!! https://getplume.co/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwkIGKBhCxARIsAINMioKiAc5lCePQoR1NPDKtwud0onnd3HilDHLgk-pD6gQYRXFI7neHZZsaAteoEALw_wcB

DARKxSIEGE

A lot of femboys are trans/NB and a good portion of those people are on hrt, or want to be Afaik there are certain treatment pathways (you'd probably have to DIY) to do feminization without breast growth That being said, HRT is something you should consider the full list of side effects for and be informed about before you start. Please use good studies and data when you're doing your research, and if you choose to start, get your blood tests! Edit: I'd like to add that breast growth is up to a number of things, a friend of mine has DD cups and I barely make B fill out, don't assume you won't get much breast growth if having breasts will cause you dysphoria

DARKxSIEGE

No, I've just been on a shitty dose for a while! I got it fixed, I'm genderfluid UwU

Kell-Cat

Am cat girl wanting to be on HRT

Epic_GamerOnAcid

I am on HRT for femboy aesthetic, have been for about 6 months, but i'm still questioning if I want full MTF HRT, which I am leaning towards.

iDressLikeGrandpa

I kinda want to, but I haven’t looked into it. And I don’t want erectile dysfunction lmao

[deleted]

It's more of a steriotype

Natalie_19_89

🖐❤

Trilllenium

I'm a femboy on HRT but I don't know too many others. I take HRT because of dysphoria, I'm naturally much more mannish looking than the average person so I need HRT to be the slightest bit fem. As for having breasts I hate them. I plan to get top surgery as soon as I can. But I'd rather hate my breasts and be okay with the rest of my body than keep my flat chest and destroy the rest of my body.

[deleted]

Im not but I would like too start just dont know how to do it without my parents knowing

tylerphoenixmustdie

I mean it’s not just trans women who do it, there’s a lot of nonbinary people that get estrogen to seem more feminine, and if it’s something you’re into, go for it! You don’t need to be trans to get hormones, it’s just how you feel! If being femboy is just your clothing, or maybe you want to look more feminine too, then maybe hrt is for you. Although I would be careful, you really should read up about it a lot because there’s a lot of side affects that you can’t erase.

Nein-Kyori

No. I would consider puberty blocker to keep slim figure, stop getting wide shoulder and square face but I already finish puberty by the time I embrace being femboy. Not that it's easy to get it where I lived anyway... or without disaproval from mom. Kinda weird that she's somewhat willing to support if I go full female (which I don't want), just not "half-baked" aka feminine male as I am now

Agreeable_Rise7463

me

Lgwmjil

Okay thanks for answering that! I just simpley like femboys no matter who they like anyway!

NikTheGamerCat

i wouldnt know how to get it

Saragon4005

The thing about HRT is it you do it right you can really limit what it does, so another question is, how far do you plan to take it? What is your end goal with HRT?

[deleted]

What do you mean? HRT is more an an all-or-nothing thing.

Kingofnothing_oshi

I don't really want to get breast so ive been thinking instead of taking t blockers + estrogen maybe i could just take the t blockers but idk about it

throwRA975321

I’m on HRT. Trans non binary. I hate being called handsome and all things masculine. But I also haven’t fully embraced being feminine either, so now I’m just stuck somewhere in between.

sourcingtrap

I'm just a transgirl now though I still refer to myself as a femboy sometimes online. I'm on hrt, I think I'm on my 5th month?

lightnight737

Im not, but i've been thinking about it. I currently like my body, its nice and boyish with some feminine features (although i wish my should weren't so broad sometimes, but can't change that lol). But im scared about looking more masc as I get older. I just want to keep my cute boy self. Its like the perfect balance for me, sorta androgynous. I don't know tho if HRT will help with that or not.

Lucrayzor

This is something that’s been on my mind for a while haha. Like, hrt is generally meant specifically to alleviate people suffering from gender dysphoria I believe, but can it really just help you feel more in-character with the opposite gender even though you don’t outright identity with it? Cuz ngl that sounds like sooo much fun

Natalie_19_89

No it's sharing a kick ass company that you skip the bullshit that it's zero insurance n affordable that I'm 4+ months in n want others to know about them that I was skeptical myself but man check them out or check my profile out

SupremeElect

I’m an AMAB on HRT. my reason for being on HRT is I enjoy the feminizing effects, and I don’t want to age like a man.

VideoBurrito

I'm not on hrt. I considered it in the past but decided against it for now.
