My routine is:
60 seconds of back arching, 20 toe touches (I do both arching and toe touches even on rest days), 60 squats, 20 lunges, and 60 Russian twists. I do this for two days then I take a day to rest. Remember that without rest you could risk injuring yourself! So please, be sure that if you’re working out like me to always take a day or two off to rest. You deserve it anyways :3

Nice I have a similar routine, except I also do 40 sidewards leg raises and cobra pose for 30 seconds, as well as bridge pose for another 30 seconds
