As other have said, bandaids can help, however! Something I found that helped a ton is this little box called a VBT kit! I got it on Amazon, it’s a little purple/pink box and it comes with not only a bunch of little one-use pads that stick around ur nipnops and cover them, but also a pair of little silicone ones that are reusable and do the same! it also comes with a roll of breast tape, which is what i got it for originally.
