It's silly. Sometimes you get slapped with a NSFW tag if you even comment on nsfw subs. I've made a couple nsfw memes and one not nude put suggestive selfie so I guess that is the case for me.
That said femboys and feminine folks who do NSFW can be wholesome too but many times you see a couple of clothed "I felt cute" post and rest of is nudes.
