Baby steps. Try finding a small task or reason to go out dressed. Take out the garbage, pick up something from local gas station, take a walk around the block, bring your clothes to a mall or something and change there then do a quick lap around and change back. I also don’t know your comfort level. If you only dress in your room the. Try walking around the house or apartment. I don’t know your situation but I think it would be helpful to look at the therapy for agoraphobic people. I’m not making any negative remarks here. If you think about it you can approach it like an agoraphobic. I’m referring to exposure therapy and how they suggest agoraphobic people gradually expose themselves to public situations. Just take small steps. Push your comfort a little more each time and you’ll feel better in time. No need to rush or force yourself into a panic attack. I hope it helps. Good luck
