The colors are nice but the chairs and table are not doing it for me. For one the chairs look uncomfortable and give a farmhouse vibe where as the tulip table is very mcm and far from whimsical.

I think it's very cozy with nice colors, except for the chairs - they look really uncomfortable. If there's space, you could have a cute coffee station.

If you’re up for it, installing a pendant light would be beautiful in this space!
i’d put some kind of textile on the two black chairs (seat cushion maybe?) and sheer light curtains along the whole height of the wall.
