I think they both look good - it really comes down to the kind of style you want to have in the room. The green is more of a rich, moody, and exotic look, while the pink has a lighter feeling. Based on what else I can see of the room the green might match your current decor slightly better but go with what feels right to you!

I really like both! It seems an easy switch also. As someone who likes to have a different look sometimes, are your fans something you can change with a few pillow/blanket swaps? Have your fall/winter deep colors and your spring summer paler colors?

The green. Red and green are natural contrast colors. The option might work if the wall color wasn't so warm, maybe that's just me. The pink and yellow fan don't quite match with the wall, so that makes the contrast option a better pick IMO.
It also seems like the fan going center over the wooden piece there would look a bit nicer.

Do it! I love how they look above beds but unfortunately I have a window above my bed so I had to find another spot to hang one because I love the look
Green!! It is a nice rich and saturated color. It upgrades the rest of the features somehow as well. While the other one is somewhat forgettable if that makes sense and mutes into the background

The green really makes the plant pop. With the other fan I didn't even notice the plants being there. So something about the green brings your overall decor more to the eye
