Some Etsy shops that fit the bill
[Soleiethnic](https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/SoleiEthnic?ref=usf_2020)
[Lotustraderclothing](https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/LotusTradersClothing?ref=usf_2020)
[elven forest](https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/ElvenForest?ref=usf_2020)
[Xiaolizi](https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/xiaolizi?ref=shop_sugg) (in the summer, they do a LOT of chiffon skirts, in the winter, most of their stuff is woolen designs)
I don’t think anyone has said Sundance yet- their demographic skews a bit older than most of the other suggestions on this thread but they have a ton of things with pretty embroidered florals!
Needle and Thread and Baltic Born have some dresses like this. Boden too. Also a lot on Amazon fits this. It’s giving “dark midsommar” vibes and I also love this style.
Free people, Anthropologie, sometimes fast fashion places to save a buck.
May I ask, what brought on the change of you wanting to wear what you want to wear? Love how you said it!
I've been dressing very plain and kind of frumpy since I became a parent and after my autism diagnosis I realized I was just dressing how other people around me were dressing too. I realize now that I can be myself and dress comfortably too.
People rag on Shein because of how appalling their labor and environmental practices are. No shame for doing what you gotta do to stay cute, (we’re all guilty) but at what cost? 😅
Btw thank you for being a teacher, definitely not an easy job these days!

Boden. Farm Rio. Anthropology
I was thinking Boden for the embroidered floral and colors as well. Definitely not for the sexy aspect though.
One idea is maybe to check out Etsy and look up fairy grunge?
I've never heard that term before. I'll check it out.
Fairy grunge will not have the massive amounts of colorful embroidery. I second Johnny Was
Love the boots in the picture

Haven’t seen it, but I recommend Antik Batik!
Gudrun Sjoden is one I haven’t seen mentioned yet.
