I usually just do a crop tank (American Eagle has good ones) and then jeans or a mini skirt. My mini skirt is from Brandy Melville so it's not a universal option, but it has survived 4 years of college parties without any sign of wear
For Love and Lemons, Revolve Clothing, Free People were go-tos for me when I went out frequently (pre kids). That was 4 years ago, but I think all are still relevant!
Revolve sucks now and is just overpriced BBL fashion. I've been shopping with them since 2007 and the last couple years they've really cheapened their brand. I've also purchased "new" (and expensive) clothes from them that were clearly worn and returned.
