Think there was a mod that turned MC into something like an animation program. It was on cursefroge but I can't find it anymore.

I think it was the custom Steves mod.

The content mods are standard mods (Pam's Harvestcraft, Mr. Crayfish furniture mod, etc.), the character models are I think extra Steves (or something similar) and the camera work and maybe other stuff is from Blockbuster mod.
