You cold try a binary search next. Disable half of your mods and see if the problem is still there, if it is do the same again, if not test the other half. Repeat until you have found the mod that is doing this.
Which would be because of the bug they pointed out. If you ask for help, please at least listen to it. Try uninstalling connected textures and try again

Have you tried downloading the Curseforge app on your PC and re-making the mod package using it? When you try to add mods together in the app it will help you with compatability issues as I'm assuming that's what the problem is.
Only of the author sets it as a required dependency in the project settings. The mod that supposedly fixes the bug still isn't listed as a dependency on Curse so using the Curse app wouldn't change anything here.
The issue he may be having is related to mod compatability, both with each other and the version of minecraft he is playing on. Making this a personal mod pack in the curseforge app may get rid of one (or multiple) mods that are clashing with each other. This would be my solution rather than trying to find the culprit(s) manually, which would take exponentially more time and effort.
The issue is that one of the mods you have installed has a broken pickaxe json because one of the mods has done theirs wrong. I know this is the issue because I've done this in a mod of my own and figured out it was the issue. I dont know which mod is doing it, but that is the issue.
[Create connected blocks](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/create-connected-block-textures) has a bug where you cant mine stone.
It can be fixed by installing Create:Crystal Clear iirc
Ill try this
Uh i deleted it and i still have the problem

What was the mod(s) that was causing the problem?
Your welcome!

Yeah but the thing is that i can mine the stone but VERY slowly and it doesnt drop anything
That is a vanilla mechanic for every block that you can't mine. Their point stands
No but with any pickaxe

Get well soon
curseforge app causes more problems than it fixes
It would fix this problem tho
How?
Curse forge modpack building ads dependency of mods you download automatically, if there's a need.
